In this situation, it looks like the granulomatous type of uveitis so treat and investigate on Granulomatous pattern Mild ciliary flush with no kp but aqueous flare 1 or 2 cells in a c no apeciable post synekia we have to work on the lines of non-granulomatous uveitis The unilateral red eye may or may not be flare or cells in a c no post synekia could be mild uveitis due to bacterial allergy.
