55 years lady pt villager, came with dyspnoea ,cough, fever, extreme weakness, examination revealed fine crepts all over CHEST on auscultation, pale look, lean,thin, low BMI. WBC 12000, Hb 4.2gm% , XRAY and ct scan CHEST posted, kindly co- relate the both reports and advice for her.

( At present treated with iv iron, im B12, vitD, N Acetyl cysteine, Acebrophyllin, now Hb 8gm ,WBC normal, blood sugar, RFT normal.)
