12 years child suffering from N S from two years, not responding to any treatment, given all kind of drugs, (wysolone, methotrexate, cyclophosphamide, LEVAMISOLE fair trial of all drugs given), at present on wysolone 30mg/day, calcium, vitD and Homeopathic drugs and with no proteins in urine for one MONTH only.....otherwise always two to three plus protein in urine...but now His lipid profile is very abnormal, LDL more than 300mg . Now how to TREAT this problem to avoid further complications regarding this..
