I am a psychiatrist with excellent credentials in my CV. Finished my MD psychiatry in 2010. Working as an assistant professor in a medical college very satisfactory with my PGs, expecting promotion as associate very soon. I do private practice in the evening and gradually doing well for last five years. I am getting a consultant psychiatrist NHS post in Newcastle.
Unable to decide, probation period 1 yr, at least 2 yrs I should work if I go. Any ideas, unable to close down this tempting offer and at the same time not willing to take it. I am worried about my private practice if I go for 2 yrs for the structured experience. Kindly Suggest your views.
