There are many doctors who do not subscribe to the concept of "revenue sharing" but from time to time still need to refer patients to specific consultants without any personal interest. In this present scenario of "cut practice bill" and all that jazz, can we still refer a patient to a specific doctor or laboratory as we have used their services in the past and have found them to be beneficial and honest? What is the legal implication for that?
