An elderly female of 72 years known case of hypothyroidism, hypertension and obesity class 2, Her hypothyroid state is treated with levothyroxine 125mcg daily, the patient is on telmisartan, hydrochlorothiazide, atenolol 5 mg, metoprolol 25 mg, multivitamin, and calcium. Pt in between complains of chills in side her body, feeling of cold and this phenomenon is frequent occurs twice to thrice weekly, one endocrinologist suggested us to reduce beta blocker reduced but of no result.
CBC ESR, URINE, CRP are within normal limits. Kindly suggest further management.
