Yesterday  3rd gravida at 34 weeks pregnacy (post LSCS 2yrs) back come with uterine rupture. She is in shock emergency OT done it is found that unusual Fundal ruputre and manage by our surgeon by doing hysterectomy to save the life of patient. Finally one attendant give history of uterine perforation 5yrs back during abortion. I ask questions is it common to see fundal perforation?

? What our team is done is right? or wrong? as she has only single child 2yrs old.
