A 33-year-old farmer complained sudden blurred vision, pain, redness, and photophobia in both eyes. He had 10-day history of fever, malaise, and myalgia. Examination Ophthalmic examination revealed bilateral anterior uveitis.

Local treatment  (prednisolone eye drops, ointments, and cyclopentolate eye drops) alleviated the pain and photophobia but the next morning he had hyphema in his left eye (Refer attached images).
