Case presentation A 37-year-old Indian male without any known medical condition was referred to the dermatology clinic for multiple nodules on the trunk, back, ears, forearms, and thighs. The lesions initially appeared on his thighs around a year ago and progressively spread to the rest of his body. History The patient had recently moved to Bahrain.
He had developed episcleritis a year before the appearance of skin lesions, for which he did not seek any medical care.
