Case presentation A 10-year-old boy was reported to the hospital under his parents’ supervision for testicular asymmetry. In addition, his parents claimed that the child was the tallest in the class with early secondary sexual features like acne, body hair, and pubic hair for more than two years, deepening of voice for less than a year, and erections for more than four months now.
