A previously healthy 33-year-old man was presented to the ED with a 10-day history of lethargy and feeling unwell. Clinical Representation His body temperature was 38.3°C /100.4°F He had tachycardia, with oxygen saturation of 85% Prominent bronchial breath sounds were noted in the left lower lung, no subcutaneous emphysema was noted. Chest radiograph (Panel A) and CT (Pane B) were acquired. The throat swab was sent for influenza A (H1N1) infection.
