A 30-year-old man presented with progressively deteriorating vision in the left eye. Three months earlier, he had sustained concussion with blunt trauma to the left eye due to motor vehicle collision. Examination His best-corrected visual acuity was 20/20 in the right eye and 20/40 in the left eye. IOP: 12 mmHg in both eyes.
