Case presentation A 79-year-old female presented with complaints of exertional dyspnea and palpitations. She also complained of night sweats, low appetite, and a weight loss of up to 4 kg in four weeks and was admitted to the casualty department for heart failure. She has no previous history of cardiac implications or COVID-19 infection.
