A 45 yr old patient c/o 1-month h/o left iliopsoas abscess, left inguinal node huge enlarge and left ankle pitting edema. He has also difficulty in urination and defecation. He had typhoid for which had taken medicine. Mantoux test negative.

CT scan shows iliopsoas abscess. What is management protocol? Kindly give any suggestions.
