Dr. Deepak Parikh has 32 years of experience in Surgical Oncology - first at the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai ( 1980 - 2002) and then as Director and Professor in Surgical Head & Neck and Laser services at Asian Institute of Oncology, Mumbai at present. In addition, he is a Consultant at Lilavati, Saifee, Sir H.N. and Breach Candy hospitals in Mumbai and visiting Professor in Mahavir Cancer Sansthan and S.S. Hospital in Patna, Bihar .
His special interest is clinical applications of Laser surgery and Photodynamic laser therapy in both early and advanced Head & neck tumors - especially of the larynx.
