She is of 65 years obese having terminal ileum TB and diverticulitis of colon ( coloscopy confirmed) on ATT for three months c/o bilateral shoulder pain and rising Uricacid gradually to 11.5 mg. She was intolerant to rifampin. She's on PZA 1200, ethebutol 1200 mg levofloxacin 750 mg.
