One of the pillars of the health care system is Doctors like physicians, gynaecologists, surgeons, anaesthetist and paediatricians, etc. If this pillar becomes weak, it would definitely impact the quality of the health care sector badly. Doctors are taking countless efforts to cure diseases in a society where they mostly face problems like bad infrastructures, lack of facility, low salary, poor incentives, lack of safety, etc which ultimately results in doctors pursuing alternate avenues.
The problem is more serious for specialists, especially in government institutions. In this respect, the official statistics has been released that indicates a fall of around 82% in the medico specialist, 40% in laboratory technicians, 12 to 16% in nurses and pharmacist at Community Health Centres (CHC)and Public Health Centres (PHC).
