Congenital heart disease (CHD) comprises an array of anatomic defects and clinical manifestations. Pediatric congenital heart disease is often categorized into cardiac abnormalities of the acyanotic and cyanotic types. Case presentation An infant, aged 10 days, was brought to the cardiology clinic for cyanosis, respiratory distress, tachypnea, subcostal retractions, and hypoxemia (SpO 2 91%).
