7-month-old female child with history of developmental delay. Vision loss, Coloboma with similar history in other female sibling but male siblings normal. Mother history of Torch profile positive.

Patient torch profile is positive for t gondii, CMV, rubella, HSV 1 but only igg is positive and IgM is negative. How to proceed and interpret further. Advised fundus for CMV retinitis, bera, vision assessment, MRI.
