Dear doctors,  My patient M 29 previously suffering from high fever (102F) and cold was treated with paracetamol, patient is non diabetic, non smoker, non alcholic and healthy. After recovery from fever, the patient complaint about severe weakness, Glusose (orally was administered) but whenever glucose was administered , the patient vomitted immediately.

What could be the probable cause ?
