Hi to everyone... A 11 month old female baby having Hb 8.5 PS is normal showing iron defeciancy anemia....I will started oral iron drops..tonoferon..but baby develop gi distrubances like yellow greenish stool eith mucuos..then I stoped oral iron..means it not tolerate the oral iron syp...what can ee do next...
