In day to day practice my observation is that patient complains of myalgia, arthralgia, swelling joints. On investigation rheumatoid factor, serum calcium, TSH, beta sugar, creatinine comes to normal. Serum uric acid is found to be risen in these patients.

What should be the treatment protocol apart from dietary restriction?
