A 52 year (exact age don't know) old poor lady came to a government hospital with h/o abnormal mass growth over vagina mainly include labial minora and major since 20 years.She was very shy and didn't come to the hospital since years. Onxamination vitals are normal. That mass growth was till below knee level. The mass is around or more than 5-6 kg in weight.

She had no problem in micturition and defecation. She had bilateral pterygium. What is diagnosis and investigations, management?
