From the past few years, doctors have been blamed for performing cesarean section on cases which can be delivered by vaginal route. Patients have to pay more for CS than normal delivery. CS has its own medical indications and let doctors be allowed to make its fair judgment. Restrictions in its number for what so ever may be the reason is not fair (the doctor will loose its license if a number of cs exceeds25%).
