A 27 year old female patient complaint after 5 days of allergic reaction with blotches near the excretory area. Patient first applied antifungal powder for two days but the blot increased and became more itchy.burning sensations were non-tolerable (as per the patient) I am confused weather it is Hives or something else. If Hives should I go for Rupatadine / or related compounds ?
Has anyone witnessed any ADR's for this drug? Patient is an occasional alcohol consumer. Smoking : Negative Intake of Flesh/related Products: Null (Pure Vegetarian) History of Skin Diseases : No Diabetological Symptoms: Null
