We all are in a very strict lockdown for more than 50 days. Strict in the sense that grocery shops milk and local vegetable markets were also shut in some places. Despite this there is no flattening of curve of Covid 19 cases. The western world and USA were also experiencing more number of cases despite strict lockdown. Majority of Indian medical fraternity believe that Immunity of Indians were much good than western world because of large percentage mild and asymptomatic cases.
The central government assumed that the situation will be controlled in 18 days basing on the fact that incubation period of covid is 14 days and chain will be braked. Previously there are numerous epidemics like MERS SARS Avian flu and swine flu but we did not responded extra ordinarily like today we are responding.
