A 43 year old traffic police (Ex-smoker, alcoholic) diagnosed to have symptomatic External hemorrhoids. In pre-op work up he was found to have Hb% 20gr/dl.
No symptoms related to increased Hb%. Apart from phlebotomy(keep Hb% around 15gr/dl) & prophylaxis for thrombosis, any other precautions we need to take for pre & post op period of surgery?
