Fear depression negative thinking in a young patient -female,  consulted various doctors,  nothing relevant investigation finding except for hypomagnesemia - normal ECG. Is negative thinking relation with a headache and depression? Is there any role of spirituality?

Normotensive nondiabetic, no history of depression or psychiatric disorder in family.
