20 year old girl,complaints of bilateral lower limb pain and cramps frequently since 1year. occasional numbness also is there after sitting for a long time in classes and pain increases on walking but not strictly of claudication type ..her mother complaints that the pain occurs mainly at the time of stress especially examination etc.....numbness now also there over upper limbs....

she is pallor on examination no lower limb joint pathology obvious on examination Considering a working diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy probably nutritional(???)she was given just symptomatic medication and adviced to check vitB12 level and peripheral smear and review after one month.... Any advice regarding this case....Please guide me
