My male 74 years old patient of Indian origin, who after his removal (operation of Prostate ) takes one 50 mg bicalutamide/day. Unfortunately his PSA is not constant; the Value varies from  0,53 ng/ml to 1,87 ng/mL.

Does my patient need Radiotherapy, as a recommendation?
