I 40 year male patient with complaints of severe itching on fingers on lower limb and upper limb only on fingers with out any rash but after he scratches then i feels slight edema on fingers ,itching comes on fingers at maximum after 7 to 8 pm not daily but after 3 to 4 days . Itching stops only after taking levo cetrizine 5 .I am  having this complaint since 6 years .Fingers are very clear no sign of any infection or any discolourisation ,taking good care hyginecally .suggest .
