The pulse rate came down to 83 per minute. Relevant Information:- She is taking combo of rabeprazole and itopride in the morning, atenolol 100mg HS. Based on lab tests Levothyroxine was increased from 25 to 50 micrograms daily for the last month. What is the cause of tachycardia and a further line of action?
