A 22 years old girl has a swelling in left cervical region, it is painful and not responding to medical treatment. Mantoux negative, FNAC twice done has hemorrhagic aspirations, pap and giemsa staining showed few fragments of fibro adipose tissue in hemorrhagic background, no lymphoid tissue seen.

How to proceed for further investigation and management of this case ? Please advise.
