Chief complaints: Severe lower third of face asymmetry History: One prior surgery 4 years ago in a city nearby for a release of the TMJ ankylosis - but failed. Thereafter the Patient has been to several cities and finally, at Richardsons, a solution was provided.
Plan: KLS Martin Distractors to be used to grow the lower jaw on the left side by 30mm. This short video is when the Osteotomy is being made during the surgery by Dr Sunil Richardson at Richardsons dental and Craniofacial hospital.
