Simulation-based learning in surgery is learning models similar to real life are created for the trainee to learn various surgical skills. Few studies do suggest the importance of simulation for a surgeon especially in a context of weird surgical procedures that a surgeon might be doing second or third time only. In a surgical procedure, for instance, in neonates, it is utmost important for a surgeon to develop perfection to avoid complex events. But, adherence to technical needs in the simulation surgery may loose the bigger picture or ignorance to other concerns such as continuity in preoperative and postoperative procedures.

Hence, opinion regarding simulation surgery from the surgeon is an important aspect for need and improvement of this technology. Do you recommend simulation-based learning in surgery? What improvements would you suggest for simulation surgery?
