A Patient around 39yrs old presented with a lesion shown in the pic below since three days which started as a small black plaques which are still present on the Other lower limb..she is a Type2 DM since 10+ years and on Medication..and she was prescribed DipsalicF ointment by GP for chromic itch complaint earlier...and the lesion is slightly painful and Itchy... Rules out Venous ULCER depending on site of presentation and period of presentation..and blood sugar levels normal..with Medication and HBA1c is within range.... Can anyone throw some light on how to procede I put her on ANTIFUNGAL and Taxim-o for time being and jus to rule out ordered for a Leg Vessels Doppler..
