male breast carcinoma is rare and late onset tumor in age between 60 to 70 year,its counts only 1% in all breast cancers,in most of cases its infiltertrating duct carcinoma, usually presents in advanced in stage wit more chances of metastasis when diagnosed in 85% of cases  estrogen receptor positive & 70%progeterone receptors are positive (20 % cases her growht factor also positive) this hormone dependence play an important role in treatment. symptom and diagnosis....accidentaly patient detect a painless swelling in breast and in armpit or axilla, fnac,core biopsy and excisinal biopsy is must for final diagnosis, xray chest,usg breast and abdomen and bone scan for distant metastasis.
