Case presentation A 25-year-old female reported to the hospital with pelvic pain post-C-section. Her initial symptoms included the formation of an abdominal mass seven months after the C-section in the surgical scar region. The patient initially confused some bleeding from the lump to be related to post-delivery changes. She subsequently developed cyclical pain corresponding to the menstrual cycle along with the abdominal mass. Physical examination revealed: Pelvic pain Palpable tender subcutaneous mass near the incision scar   Radiographic findings CT scan of the abdomen (Cover image) revealed: Lower portion of the right rectus abdominis muscle with an irregular, solid mass The lesion measured 5.3×4.4×4.1 cm   Based on the above findings, what is your probable diagnosis for this patient?
