I have a patient 29 yrs married for 4 yrs with infertility. His semen analysis is total count 10 million. Progressive motility 2% nonprogressive 18% morphology 5 %. No history of previous surgeries , chronic deseases or addictions. On exam testis and epididymis normal, no varicocele.
He was treated else where with antioxidants for more than year. No improvement in semen parameters except for few raise in total count .motility remains almost same from 3 yrs. He has undergone ultrasound scan with normal findings and hormone profiles normal. Kindly give your valuable comments.
