A 43 year old man presented with a mass on the right sided posterior part of his thigh. He complained the enlargement of mass and exerts severe pain which was uncontrollable by over-the-counter analgesics. Physical examination reported 5cm x 7cm egg-shaped mass on posterolateral aspect of the right mid-thigh and no local or regional lymphadenopathy was observed. Axial and coronal MRI images of the right thigh were attached.
