Case presentation: A 34-year-old primigravid woman at 32 weeks and 4 days of gestation presented with a complaint of reduced fetal movements. Earlier, the patient used to feel the fetal movements ten times a day.
However, the patient experienced only two fetal movements a day before the presentation and no movement on the day of the presentation.
