21 years old patient doing hotel management, diagnosed with DM 1 year back, HbA1c @ diagnosis was 10.1%, investigated for polyuria, started on Tab Jalra M (50/500) BD. Sugars in range of F~ 100-110 and pp below 200 mg/dl. Mother and grand mother diabetic. H/o open heart surgery at the age of 6 months for CHD, h/o bronchitis on/off, diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 1 year and on thyronorm 50 mcg. Has metal allergies(skin).
sun allergy (rashes on skin) on/off. H/o epilepsy for last 12 years was on Rx, stopped since 1 year on doctor's advise. Kindly suggest the approach to this patient. Do these problems direct to any particular syndrome?
