The hospital where I am working presently has no Pediatrician. Two days back one small boy of 3 years was admitted with 30% burn. We are managing with IV drip and antibiotics and dressing the wounds.

But presently the boy developing low grade fever. Patient is from poor family and unable to afford private hospital care. What medical management should we do?
