Dear friends, Being an Ophthalmologist I need your help in management of acute bacterial conjunctivitis in neonates as many articles say not to use of chloramphenicol eye drop or ointments. And on the packing of preservative free moxifloxacin it is prescribed that " moxifloxacin is not recommended in less than one year of age " that cause patient becomes worried. Please help me.
