A baby boy 3.6 kg delivered by Cesarean section cried immediately after birth. Mother previous section was unbooked case with history of death of previous baby (girl) due to Leukemia at age of 6 months.

(No reports or prescription) What should be the best approach to this baby who is otherwise normal and healthy, apart from getting CBC with differential and PS? What more can be done?
