Synopsis                                                                                                                                                                 Non‐obstructive azoospermia (NOA) is defined as having no sperm in the ejaculate which is due to failure of spermatogenesis. It is the most severe form of male infertility. NOA affects around 1% of the general population and around 10–20% of infertile men worldwide.

Gonadotropin reset with GnRHα has been demonstrated to improve the function of Sertoli cells and subsequently enhance the sperm concentration in patients with severe oligozoospermia. However, to date, there is no data of gonadotropin reset with GnRHα in the NOA patients.
