A 5-Month-old male child developed BCG lymphadenitis of lt axillary lymph nodes after 3 months of BCG vaccination. Since last 2 months, lymph nodes increased in size, it is about lemon size at present. No discharge or sinus formation. No history of contact with known case of TB. The child doesn't have other symptoms.

Weight gain is normal. Parents are apprehensive so pediatrician started INH. How it should be managed? How should it be managed?
