As at present I am working for a corporate OPD clinic. We have at least 2-3 patient daily who are taking antidepressants, sedatives and other drugs.The patients are all employee of the corporate. We have our own pharmacy attached. What should be our policy to continue medications?

How often the consultant psychiatrist should see the patient? What registers should be maintained? Who is liable for the management of such patients? Kindly share your views.
