A 27 yrs old patient G2A1 with 30 wks pregnancy with 1o yrs H/O  epilepsy .now on TAB.LAMITOR 50 MG TID,TAB.FRITOLEV 1GM BID.She is getting fits every week with this treatment. Neurophysian has suggested  to start sodium valproate 300mg bid. In addition to above treatment.

What would be the furthur managment of labor? What if she gets fits during labor? Is this a case for elective c-section?
