34 years old male smoker, welder, presented with the history of Acute Onset Chest Discomfort, the Impending sensation of death, Tiredness, Breathlessness, Dizziness, Sweating, Nausea, Vomiting to Tathagata Emergency. Symptoms started at his workplace. The patient was brought to Emergency within 15-20 minutes. Clinical Examination revealed HR 60/min, BP 70/50, O2% 89%. Lungs clear. Monitor revealed Intermittent CHB.
